I brought my cars to this place over the years for full service and a regular customer. I gave this place a great review a over a year ago but this morning I have to recant that. I wanted an exterior wash and decided to go through the machines as opposed to hand wash. A guy name Paul, tall dark middle eastern dude direct me to turn my vehicle towards the belt. The second I turned my wheels, he came up to my window, screaming and yelling at me. I rolled down my window and he's still yelling at me that he told me to stop. By using both hands, directing me to the entrance is not a stop gesture!! For a good 10 minutes he went on screaming and yelling and hollering at me!! Then he tells me I am holding up the line. If I'm not going to wash my car I can leave!! I went back around to do hand wash with Romero cause he's always serviced my car. Romeo took me back to Paul and he's still yelling like a lunatic and told me to write a message to the boss (Henry) cause he didn't care. I needed to follow-up on a complaint cause Henry needs to know how this guy treats women here. This is not the only car wash in detailing on this strip. This is not acceptable!! My wheels got scratched by worker not knowing how to give directions made my car go up and down with rollers and he heard the metal and acted like nothing happend made the report and he knew i was right when i told him to watch the video of my car since i drive a tesla he completely denied watching the video. Stupid owner saying my wheels are aftermarket when its tesla performance wheels i asked for the video he saying my wheels are rusted like how? Like how not even brake dust. Only reason i went was because i had bird poop. See how on the video my car goes up and down 3 times causing my wheels to scratch

My truck has a wheelchair lift attached to the back of it and cannot go through the car wash. To prevent damage, they hand washed it and cleaned the inside as well. Nothing special like detailing just a simple wash. The company charged $50+tax (a little pricy but I'm not complaining; the truck came out nice). I also left a tip for Romero who was pleasant and professional. Recommend.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and always get “The Works” — sometimes multiple times a month — so I’ve spent a lot of money here. Unfortunately, the quality has gone way down lately. After my most recent wash, the entire front of my car was still full of stains and spots (as shown in the photos). It’s completely unacceptable, especially after paying for their top service. The attention to detail just isn’t there anymore — for what they charge, the car should come out spotless and properly cleaned. I’m really disappointed because I used to recommend this place, but now I think ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my car to this car wash over the weekend, and I’m extremely disappointed. After the wash, I later discovered scratches all over my vehicle. Since I’m currently on maternity leave and haven’t driven the car since Saturday, I only noticed the damage recently. My car hasn’t been anywhere else, so I know this happened here. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted this business to care for my car—not damage it. I expected much better. Very disappointed.
